Upgraded Directory: Rediscover Hidden Talent
Your Fetcher Directory just got more powerful. You can now:
- Search by profile attributes
- Filter your internal database with precision
- Add talent directly to positions or campaigns—whether one at a time or in bulk
This upgrade makes it easier to re-engage talent you’ve already vetted, without starting from scratch. It’s another step toward helping you build and maintain a living, breathing talent network within Fetcher.
Smarter AI Outreach, Powered by Context
We’ve supercharged our AI email writer to be more relevant, intuitive, and personalized than ever.
Fetcher now generates draft emails that reference:
- Position-specific info (job post, salary, role requirements)
- Your company’s culture, benefits, and industry
- Prior email thread history (even outside Gmail/Outlook)
And it's not just first messages. Fetcher now drafts replies, too. Whether you're following up with interested candidates or answering questions from prospects, our AI helps you keep the conversation going, fast.

Monthly Data Refresh (Starting with the U.S.)
Starting this month, candidate data will be refreshed monthly (previously quarterly)—but only in the U.S. for now.
This means:
- More up-to-date profiles in your search results
- More relevant outreach
- A stronger signal-to-noise ratio in your pipeline
We’re starting with the U.S., but our data operations team is laying the groundwork to expand this refresh cadence globally in future rollouts.
